Who we are

Pentacom Systems (https://www.pentacomsystems.co.ke) is the controller of personal information submitted through this website. You can reach us at info@pentacomsystems.co.ke or Rock Garden 1, 1st Floor House No. 43, Ruiru, Kiambu County, Kenya.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we store your name, work email, and the details you choose to provide (company, phone, project description, budget and timeline). A hidden field is used only to detect automated submissions.

If you submit a project enquiry, we may store the details you send so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, to understand your project, and to keep records of enquiries. We may send an email acknowledgement and, where configured, an SMS notification to the studio when a new enquiry arrives.

Processors

Hosting and data storage may be provided by our infrastructure providers, including Supabase. Email delivery may be provided by Resend. Payments are processed by Paystack. SMS, when enabled, is sent through our configured messaging provider.

Retention

Enquiry and payment records are kept for as long as needed to support the conversation, accounting and legitimate business records, then deleted or archived according to our internal retention practice.

Your choices

You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@pentacomsystems.co.ke.
